Community Wellness Program

The Community Wellness Program, operated by CMHA Elgin, provides residents of Port Bruce Manor with access to a variety of activities throughout the week, including shopping trips, local outings, and wellness programs. These opportunities help residents stay active, engaged, and connected to the community.

Port Bruce Manor also provides its own Transportation for medical appointments, bloodwork, doctor visits, and other essential needs to ensure seamless access to care and continued well-being.
